The operator of Liaisondi.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") maintains comprehensive privacy policies strictly prohibiting the unauthorized disclosure of customer information without the express consent of the customer concerned, except as may be required or compelled by applicable law in connection with a pending criminal investigation, a duly issued court order, search warrant, summons, production order, subpoena, or any other valid and legally enforceable process received by the Company. Any party seeking to obtain information regarding a customer, or any other data in Our lawful possession, is required to transmit a proper and formally compliant request to Our Legal Contact as set forth in the "Instructions" section below.
Law Enforcement Requests
The Company unconditionally supports the efforts of law enforcement authorities to fulfill their lawful duties, protect the general public, and bring an end to criminal activity. This commitment extends with particular force and urgency to matters concerning non-consensual sexual activity or the exploitation and abuse of minors. In furtherance of these objectives, and in an effort to aid law enforcement agencies and other duly authorized governmental bodies in meeting their obligations, the Company shall comply with all valid investigatory requests and shall provide such information as is required or permitted by applicable law.
Pursuant to a variety of privacy statutes and regulations, the Company is prohibited from disclosing the contents of electronic mail or other electronic communications except under very limited and legally defined circumstances. While the Company will, as a general matter, provide available user data in response to valid and properly documented law enforcement requests, it reserves the right to insist upon receipt of a subpoena, search warrant, production order, or court order whenever the circumstances so warrant or require. All parties are respectfully directed to review applicable law prior to submitting any requests for subscriber information.
The Company endeavors to respond within seven (7) business days to all valid law enforcement inquiries. However, the Company acknowledges that certain matters may require additional time for full and adequate compliance.
