If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our DMCA Agent containing:

3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it on our platform (e.g., URL).
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Our Response Process

• We will acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24 hours.
• We will evaluate the claim and take action within 72 hours.
• If valid, the infringing content will be removed or access disabled.
• The user who posted the content will be notified of the takedown.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction.

6. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with the DMCA.
